Hey

I've integrated jmaps on a website.

I'd like to know how to call the "searchAddress" method without passing by a form, just on the document.ready event.

I use jquery 1.1.3.1 et jmaps 1.3

Thx

The searchAddress method is a private method of the plugin and is not available for use outside, as the settings have to be passed in from the constructor.

Let me see if I can add this functionality for the next version

Will there be a fallback (custom text or image) if there is any problem contacting Google's Server (resulting in GMap2 being undefined)?

Hi Mate

I have downloaded the latest version (version 3.0) of the jMaps plugin but the SearchAddress demo example doesn't seem to work.

Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong? the address I enter is.... Haydock, Merseyside, UK

Cheers

Martin
